Understands and agrees to follow the resident's interim service plan as care needs change. Assists with all of the care needs a resident might require, including but not limited to, toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing and persona hygiene. |Environmental Services Director||The Environmental Services Director (ESD) is responsible for the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment and mechanical systems, and for driving the community van. Coordinate and communicate with all other team members of the community in maintaining a holistic perspective of service and care. Lead by example and make certain the progress and services lead by yourself, maximize each residents quality of life and identity.||5/14/2017|
|Health Services Director (Licensed Nurse - RN)||The Health Services Director (HSD) insures the quality care of all residents in conjunction with the Executive Director and Resident Care Coordinator. This position requires creativity and flexibility with residents who have complex situations and is at times stressful. The HSD requires an ability and willingness to assist with the training of the Medication Techs in tasks required for a safe and compliant medication delivery system.||5/14/2017|
|Medication Nurse (Licensed Nurse LPN/LVN or PT)||The Medication Nurse (Licensed Nurse - LPN/LVN or PT) is responsible for all duties in relation to safely administering medications and treatments to the residents. This position requires requires legible, accurate documentation on the medication record and in the resident chart. |Receptionist||The Receptionist is responsible for providing information and referral to residents, visitors, staff and prospective clients in a positive, service-oriented manner. The Receptionist must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/She must possess basic clerical skills: typing, filing, light bookkeeping and able to work in an environment with multiple interruptions.
