Tracey Mease interned at Stanford University Medical Center - Comprehensive Impatient Rehabilitation Unit for Spinal Cord and Brain Injury and holds a Master's Degree in Gerontology and Special (memory) Care Management. As a Gerontologist and professional health care administrator, she has over 20 years of experience in a geriatric health care setting working with clients in all stages of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss. Tracey is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Residential Care for the Elderly Administrator, and Certified Recreation Therapist. Her professional affiliations include: National Institute on Aging, Gerontological Society of America, American Society on Aging, California Council on Gerontology and Geriatrics, California Association of Health Facilities, and the California Assisted Living Association. Tracey began her earliest work career as a Hotshot Firefighter and Smokejumper; her personal interests include Post-Impressionist Art, music, and gourmet cooking.
